QAO AND ICTMO FINALIZE PREPARATIONS FOR LAUNCH OF NBSC CSS INTEGRATED SYSTEM AND ANALYTICS DASHBOARD
In line with Northern Bukidnon State College’s (NBSC) commitment to digital transformation and evidence-based quality assurance, the Quality Assurance Office (QAO) and the Information and Communications Technology Management Office (ICTMO) held a strategic coordination meeting on July 23, 2026, at the Quality Assurance Office to finalize preparations for the launch of the Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) Integrated System and CSS Analytics Dashboard.
The initiative represents a major step toward modernizing the College’s quality assurance processes by introducing an integrated digital platform that automates client satisfaction survey administration, data collection, analytics, and dashboard visualization. The system will enable real-time monitoring of client feedback, automated report generation, trend analysis, and evidence-based decision-making to support institutional planning, Management Review Meetings, and the continuous implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
The development of the integrated system was inspired by the knowledge and competencies acquired by Dr. Daniel S. Lerongan, LPT, Head of the Quality Assurance Office, during his participation in the Innovators SEAL: Future-Ready Data Skills for Smarter Higher Education Systems in the Philippines, a 12-day executive learning program conducted by SEAMEO INNOTECH from July 6–17, 2026.
Participating in the meeting from the Quality Assurance Office were Dr. Daniel S. Lerongan, LPT, Head of the Quality Assurance Office; May Rose E. Madrid, Quality Assurance Staff; Fretzel Vann L. Ayo-on, Quality Assurance Staff; Mia M. Magpulong, Quality Assurance Staff; and Michelle Darlyne B. Ricarte, Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) Focal Person.
Representing the Information and Communications Technology Management Office (ICTMO) were Mr. Aldwin Lester M. Martinez, ICTMO Head, and Mr. Paul John A. Labastida, who worked closely with the QAO team in refining the system architecture, dashboard functionalities, and implementation timeline.
The teams also confirmed that the official launch of the Client Satisfaction Survey Integrated System and CSS Analytics Dashboard is scheduled for August 3, 2026, marking another milestone in the College’s digital transformation and quality assurance initiatives.
The project is being undertaken under the leadership and unwavering support of College President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, whose leadership continues to champion innovation, data governance, quality assurance, and institutional excellence at NBSC. The initiative was also conceptualized through the efforts of Benzar Glen S. Grepon, MIT, ARTA Focal Person and Supervising Administrative Officer, who is one of the initiators of the CSS.
The collaboration between QAO and ICTMO reflects NBSC’s commitment to harnessing technology and data analytics to enhance public service delivery. Through the Client Satisfaction Survey Integrated System and CSS Analytics Dashboard, the College strengthens its capacity to make informed decisions, improve client services, and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
As NBSC prepares for the official launch of the Client Satisfaction Survey Integrated System and CSS Analytics Dashboard on August 3, 2026, the initiative underscores the College’s continuing pursuit of innovation, digital governance, and data-driven decision-making. By strengthening its quality assurance systems through technology, NBSC reinforces its commitment to delivering responsive public service and quality higher education for its stakeholders.
